The April\/May Unique Homes publication will have a special focus on farms, ranches and country estates and a regional spotlight on Rocky Mountain resorts. Although these are the spotlights of this issue, the Luxury Portfolio ad is appropriate for all property types.\u00a0 All Luxury Portfolio members can access Unique Homes Magazine at the rate of $500\/property.<\/strong> The Luxury Portfolio ad comprises of a spread of multiple pages, each containing six properties. This ad is the same format as the duPont Registry ad.<\/p>\n

As a Luxury Portfolio member, we can access duPont Registry Magazine at the rate of $300 per property<\/strong>. duPont Registry Magazine features only the best of luxury properties from around the globe, as well as explores up-and-coming communities, membership clubs, vacation and long-term rentals.\u00a0 The April issue will have features on Georgia and the West, but is appropriate for all Luxury Portfolio properties. The Luxury Portfolio ad comprises of a spread of multiple pages, each containing six properties. This ad is the same format as the Unique Homes ad.<\/p>\n

ALL<\/strong> properties advertised through the Luxury Portfolio advertising campaign must be on the Luxury Portfolio website.<\/p>\n
