We really have figured out ways to help you market your listings and they won’t cost you a penny.<\/p>\n

First, we’re making videos of your listings and uploading them to EWMtv<\/strong><\/span>, YouTube<\/strong><\/span> and on Facebook<\/span><\/strong> . Videos are complete with photos, music, associate contact info and a link to your property’s page on ewm.com<\/strong>. Good deal, right?\"video-logos-flat\"<\/p>\n

Oh, you want more? No problem — how about this … we’re posting blogs with facts and photos of your listings on blog.ewm.com<\/strong>. Our public<\/strong><\/em> site. You know — the site where people who might actually buy a property go to find the properties they might actually buy. Just like with the videos, each post has a link to your property’s page on ewm.com<\/strong>. That’s where all the eloquent remarks you wrote for MLX and all the beautiful photos you uploaded through My Listing Manager (at EWMRealtors.com) show up for the world to see.<\/p>\n

Here’s an example of how the FREE<\/strong> stuff works. Ivy Carneiro has a listing on Brickell at Santa Maria. She hired a photographer and uploaded the photos he took through My Listing Manager. We heard there were some great pix of the apartment, so we grabbed them (yes — if you can upload<\/em> them, we can download<\/em> them).
