I am going to show some properties in Miami Beach and Aventura but they also showed interest in and around Brickell, which is not really the market I have been monitoring closely.<\/p>\n<p>They are interested in purchasing a new(er), finished(not decorator-ready) 2\/2 or 2\/1.5, minimum of 13oo sq.ft., maintenance fees not too high , asking price up to $415,000. Short-sales and REO&#8217;s are fine.
