Isn\u2019t that great?!! The email said there were no strings attached. True, true, true! Your listings don\u2019t have to be fabulous or priced over a million or even be incredibly photogenic. Absolutely nothing extraordinary needed \u2013 just a property you want to sell, a few words to describe the listing (don\u2019t worry \u2026 we\u2019ll lift your description from our website) and the most important thing \u2013 <strong>uploaded PHOTOS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-11611\" style=\"margin: 10px 20px\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/2009\/04\/pink-camera2.jpg\" alt=\"pink-camera2\" width=\"220\" height=\"135\" \/>Very simple, yes? Well, maybe not. The Marketing Department received lots of requests for <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>FREE STUFF<\/strong><\/span>. Mostly videos &#8212; which we were super happy about because we totally love to do them. Here\u2019s the problem. In order to make a video, we need access to at least <strong>12 good quality photos<\/strong>. We don\u2019t want to be complainers over here, but numbers don\u2019t lie:\u00a0 more than three quarters of the video requests we got were for properties that only had a couple of photos uploaded through My Listing Manager on EWMRealtors.com. <strong><em>Many didn\u2019t have any photos at all<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Think about it. Can you imagine a <em><strong>3-photo video?<\/strong><\/em> Try a<em><strong> no-photo video<\/strong><\/em>. Nope, won\u2019t work. Oddly enough, it wasn\u2019t just moderately priced homes that were photo-deprived. Many multi-million dollar estates also suffered from the same lack of exposure.<\/p>\n<p>But, hey, we\u2019re not giving up. We decided to put our offer out there again. EWM Marketing is all revved up and ready to produce <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>FREE<\/strong><\/span> goodies for you. Videos with <strong>photos<\/strong>, blog posts with <strong>photos<\/strong> \u2026. See where this is going? No photos, no free stuff. Only a few photos? No video.<\/p>\n<p>Seriously, please don\u2019t be left out of this valuable marketing loop. As soon as we produce a video of your listing, we upload it to <strong>EWM.com<\/strong>, <strong>EWMtv.com<\/strong> and <strong>YouTube<\/strong>. Did we forget anything?\u00a0 Ahhh, yes \u2013 <strong>Facebook!<\/strong> Since we\u2019re talking about photos, maybe a visual would help make our point.
