There are 2 kind of permits the EXPIRED and the OPEN PERMITS.EXPIRED permits are considered the ones that have had no activities for 6 months.  They are not a CLOUD or a LIEN on the property.When the seller doesn&#8217;t comply with the  NOTICE OF VIOLATION:a.  Fee is $500.00 plus $10.00 surchargeb.  If ignore above 30 days it will be $500.00\/day for next 20 days.c.
