It seems that some Realtors are suffering from a severe case of unprofessionalism, coupled with a bad case of poor customer service.<\/p>\n
My latest experience was with a local Miami-Dade Realtors.\u00a0 I would really enjoy sharing their name\u2019s with everyone, but I am feeling a bit merciful so I won\u2019t.\u00a0 I had confirmed an appointment for a showing, which my client had rearranged his schedule for, and again I was amazed when the realtor didn\u2019t show up nor had the decency to answer my calls.<\/p>\n
It seems that a few realtors in this city are not aware of what professionalism and customer service is all about.\u00a0 Instead they don\u2019t call to let you know that they are running late (sometimes they are an hour late), nor do they call to let you know if they have decided to cancel the appointment, and to top it all off they don\u2019t return phone calls or emails.<\/p>\n
Would you hire these realtors? So now I have to ask why these realtors are in the business.\u00a0 Obviously they don\u2019t have customer service skills; they just run their business as a kiosk\u2026 Realtors who have been in the business for years might understand my point.<\/p>\n
As you can imagine my clients aren’t happy and the Realtors continue getting a bad reputation.<\/p>\n
