One Saturday a few months back, I was ending my floor duty and about to leave when a young lady walked into the office and asked a few questions about available properties in the area – the more we talked I found she is from Japan, but actually lives in Pretoria, South Africa. \u00a0 I had a few moments and she was on her way to “see” Calle Ocho, I offered her a ride – ended up touring her through Brickell, the Biscayne corridor & Midtown.\u00a0 Found out she is on assignment for the Japanese government, has a condo in New York, one in Boston, one in Tokyo and she is thinking, next Miami. Last week I returned from a 10-day trip to Kenya, I happened to write Yuki before I left telling her I would be in Africa. Guess who I had drinks with in Nairobi? My new client is coming back to Miami in November with 2-days set aside to to look at condos.\u00a0 I believe I have gained a client and a new friend, I have an invite to stay in Pretoria before she returns to Japan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
