There are discussions &#8212; &#8220;who is going to <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-13529\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/2010\/01\/new_hg_clr.gif\" alt=\"new_hg_clr\" width=\"178\" height=\"239\" \/>read all that???&#8221; &#8212; however, if my understanding of <strong>google<\/strong> is correct &#8212; <strong>google <\/strong>is the content police.\u00a0 The more you write and the more\u00a0you link, the higher you\u00a0are boosted\u00a0in the search engines.\u00a0 So, who cares that brevity is not your strong suit?\u00a0 In G<strong>oogle-ville<\/strong>, that will make you a star.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Once your <a title=\"Original Post on Lindbergh Estates Property\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.ewm.com\/2009\/06\/29\/charles-lindbergh-would-have-loved-to-have-flown-home-to-18451-sw-158-street-miami-florida-33187\/\" target=\"_blank\">healthy post is written<\/a>, your copy could be used as follows:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Your professional brochure (which could be a four-page luxury brochure) produced in Max;<\/li>\n<li>An unbranded attachment for the MLXchange; and<\/li>\n<li>A coffee table book (or ultra-luxury brochure).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Your Professional Brochure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Your narrative can easily be copied and pasted into the four-page &#8220;luxury&#8221; brochure in Max. You may have to extend the text boxes and rearrange the photos, but there is certainly enough room in these four pages to display your blog post. These can be printed inhouse on tabloid sized (17&#215;11) paper; however, Shutterfly may produce a better product without the white borders which are formed by our laser printers so that your brochure\u00a0bleeds to the edge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>MLX Attachment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Let&#8217;s face it &#8212; how do you really give a luxury property the\u00a0respect\u00a0it deserves in the REMARKS section of the MLS?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">By turning your healthy blog post into an unbranded attachment which can be downloaded by the buyer&#8217;s agent and forwarded to his client without fear of losing him, <strong>is an asset to you<\/strong> &#8212; and a great listing tool.\u00a0 Now,\u00a0who are the agents\u00a0doing that?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Access this\u00a0<a title=\"Unbranded Blog Post for MLXchange\" href=\"https:\/\/ewm.box.net\/shared\/k1ghipl9yu\" target=\"_blank\">sample of a blog post turned into an unbranded attachment<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Instructions: Once your blog post is published, you can copy and paste it into Word.\u00a0 You may have to rearrange your photos. E-mail our MLXchange office personnel to have them type into the Broker&#8217;s Remarks:\u00a0 &#8220;See attachments for <strong>Unbranded Brochure<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0downloading and forwarding to your buyers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Remember &#8212; it is a good idea for you to upload (as an MLXchange attachment): The Owners&#8217; Disclosure, Survey, Elevation Certificate, any HOA or Condo Association Disclosures as well as the Affiliated Company Business Disclosure to make your life easier when it comes to an agent preparing an offer on your listing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-13498  aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/2010\/01\/attachments-1024x385.jpg\" alt=\"attachments\" width=\"654\" height=\"160\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Coffee Table (Blurb) Book<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Once you have professional photographs and your blog post written, a third way to use your narrative is to publish a coffee table book. This would not only be an <strong>outstanding listing tool<\/strong>, it would serve your buyers well in that you will have plenty of your published books in the magazine pocket of your back seat for their perusal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a title=\"Become a Blurberati!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.blurb.com\/books\/762036\" target=\"_blank\">Sample blurb book online.\u00a0<\/a> Click on the book cover to see inside. This is not the entire book.\u00a0\u00a0(The entire publication (two hard copies and a softcover) \u00a0are <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-13512\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/2010\/01\/blurb-book2-244x300.jpg\" alt=\"blurb-book\" width=\"165\" height=\"242\" \/>floating around the company. Creating this book\u00a0 is just good ol&#8217; fashion fun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The prices of the books range anywhere from $12.95 to $75 depending upon the number of your pages,\u00a0your use of premium paper, the size of the book and whether the book is softcover, hardcover with dust jacket (my fave), or image-wrapped hard cover. Once your book has been written and submitted for publishing, you will receive it in fairly short order &#8212; just in time for your open house, broker&#8217;s open or soiree.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">When you publish, you also are given a special e-mail with\u00a0a \u00a0link to send out as your announcement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This\u00a0becomes a thoughtful gift for your sellers. This\u00a0becomes an exciting read for your potential buyers!\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Since\u00a0the book is online, it can be ordered and shipped to any interested party. Can you imagine your seller sending the book link to all his friends and family &#8212; &#8220;look what my agent did for me?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Think Outside The Listing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">What if you put together a book about\u00a0restaurants you recommend?\u00a0 cultural events or attractions to attend? and put those in your back seat for your customers?\u00a0 What does this say about your knowledge and love of South Florida?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">What if you took all the blogs you wrote thus far and\u00a0slurped them into a blurb book?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A <strong>blog<\/strong> <strong>post<\/strong>, if done thoroughly, takes time, energy and thought.\u00a0 Hopefully, these ideas will give you \u00a0more bang for your hard work and kick your business up a notch or two . . . or three!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Writing a healthy blog post about your listing, which is distributed to the whole world and beyond, is a great way to market you.
