For those of you who are tracking your listings on the internet, this is a gentle reminder that your EWM listings\u00a0priced at\u00a0$1M+ appear on the Christies website: www.christiesgreatestates.com<\/a>. To ensure that your listing appears, please type a title in your ewmrealtors.com listing manager<\/strong> for that listing. See below:<\/p>\n

For those of you who are tracking your listings on the London Times<\/strong><\/em>, Debra Spadafora contacted our Mayfair representative “Annette,” and she stated the following:<\/p>\n

“They are there (and haven\u2019t been absent) but you have to go right to the bottom of the home page (currently beneath the pic of George Clooney)<\/span> to Property http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/property).<\/a> It [property search tab] should be a tab at the top, but for some reason, it isn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

Here is an EWM one I picked randomly http:\/\/search.property.telegraph.co.uk\/site\/php\/property.php?id=4533210&type=b&menu=overseas<\/a>. The site is due an update soon, I am told, but I guess it\u2019s more about demonstrating reach.”<\/p>\n

It is a good idea to check your listings.\u00a0 You can\u00a0be of help to us\u00a0(or “IT”) \u00a0if for some reason you cannot locate your listings on a particular website that we, as a company, are “feeding.”\u00a0 Your seller may inform you that his property “is not there” before you discover it!<\/p>\n

Sometimes the link drops because of the ghost that roams around\u00a0cyberspace.\u00a0 In order to bust\u00a0the \u00a0ghost,\u00a0it would behoove you\u00a0to\u00a0check\u00a0the various websites\u00a0from time to time.<\/p>\n

One of our agents checked her listing on Trulia, only to find that the ORIGINAL agent was\u00a0still being displayed\u00a0as the listing agent!!! Imagine that!\u00a0The original agent\u00a0might\u00a0have received\u00a0that buyer call\u00a0 had our agent not been diligent and checked the site!!!!\u00a0Our agent swiftly sent a message to Trulia, and they made the correction.\u00a0 Whoo!<\/p>\n

\u00a0On the Christies’ site, you can click on the “Email Property Brochure<\/strong>”\u00a0 link and send the homeowner the information right then and there.<\/p>\n

On the Luxury Portfolio<\/strong> site (which creates a beautiful slideshow with your photos), you can click on the button “Email to a Friend”<\/strong>\u00a0to send your listing to your homeowner. Also, take note of the “SHARE”<\/strong> feature for posting on your social networking sites — a great reason for you to VISIT your listing on Luxury Portfolio<\/strong> (listings priced at $1M+ in our marketplace).<\/p>\n

Place your listing address\u00a0on\u00a0 GOOGLE ALERTS <\/a>— see the prior post speaking to that issue.<\/p>\n
