Spock would tell you that it is logical that people would do a google search on the address of your listings -and guess what &#8211; they wouldn&#8217;t find you &#8211; they would find another broker.  If that makes you unhappy, blog on.<\/p>\n<p>A good listing blog should have&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>1. the <strong>FULL address<\/strong> of the property in the title.  So as an example, 1234 Main Street, Miami Florida.<\/p>\n<p>2.  <strong>Lots of good pictures<\/strong> &#8211; please make an effort to get the cars, clutter and people out of the shots.  Use a flash to balance out the light.<\/p>\n<p>3.  <strong>Good words are important too<\/strong>.  Try to describe why someone would buy the property instead of just blandly describing the features.  Talk about the city and neighborhood amenities.  Use the &#8220;link&#8221; tool in the blog box to link up to anything area points of interest.<\/p>\n<p>So go ahead.. click the &#8220;write&#8221; button and put that address in the title box.
