Pursuant to the <strong><em>2009 NAR Profile of International Home Buying Activity<\/em><\/strong> (link provided below), Florida ranks first in international home buyers:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-14126 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/2010\/03\/florida-ranks-first-1024x716.jpg\" alt=\"florida ranks first\" width=\"459\" height=\"374\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The majority of international clients\u00a0are\u00a0from basically five countries; however, the top two made their purchases in Florida:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Canada (35.4% of the purchases were in Florida)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>United Kingdom (46.8% of the purchases were in Florida)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mexico (puchased properties\u00a0in California and Texas)<\/li>\n<li>India (purchased properties in California and Texas)<\/li>\n<li>China (purchased properties in California and Texas)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-14131 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/2010\/03\/top-five-countries-1024x563.jpg\" alt=\"top five countries\" width=\"597\" height=\"264\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The numbers work\u00a0FOR you.
