{"id":1530,"date":"2007-08-30T22:19:49","date_gmt":"2007-08-31T02:19:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.ewm.com\/2007\/08\/30\/mlx-muscle-form-an-attachment\/"},"modified":"2007-08-30T22:19:49","modified_gmt":"2007-08-31T02:19:49","slug":"mlx-muscle-form-an-attachment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/?p=1530","title":{"rendered":"MLX Muscle &#8211; Form an Attachment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.ewm.com\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/230\/files\/2007\/08\/attachment-1.jpg\" title=\"MLX attachment-1\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.ewm.com\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/230\/files\/2007\/08\/attachment-1.jpg\" title=\"MLX attachment-1\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.ewm.com\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/230\/files\/2007\/08\/attachment-2.jpg\" title=\"Attachment-2\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.ewm.com\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/230\/files\/2007\/08\/attachment-3.jpg\" title=\"Attachment-3\"><\/a>One of the most underutilized features of MLXchange is the &#8220;attachment.&#8221;  When Buyer Agent calls you to tell you that s\/he is writing an offer and would you please send her\/him the Owner&#8217;s Disclosure, etc., and you are on the west coast taking your baby to college &#8212; and you forgot to ask someone to cover for you because you were in a rush, and oh, yeah, the file is in your trunk under mounds of college gear. . . get the picture  ???<\/p>\n<p>You could scan (IN COLOR, PLEASE-no cost for color scan) the following documents into our wonderful color copiers and make them separate pdfs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Owner&#8217;s Disclosure<\/li>\n<li>HOA Addendum<\/li>\n<li>Affiliated Company Business Disclosure<\/li>\n<li>Floor Plan<\/li>\n<li>Elevation Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Survey<\/li>\n<li>Site plan of the community<\/li>\n<li>Relo addendum or any special addendum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Email these documents (or forward your e-mail from Mr. Xerox making reference to your MLS number and Property Address) to your MLXchange input person and s\/he will upload them to MLX for you. <\/p>\n<p>Be sure to advise the MLXchange person to put a note in the Broker&#8217;s Remarks:  &#8220;Click on attachments to the left for the following documents:  (name them)&#8221;  This is a good idea because agents are not accustomed to looking for the attachment button.<\/p>\n<p>If an attachment is active, the word &#8220;attachment&#8221; will be bright blue and no longer be gray. <\/p>\n<p>I hope to see more agents utilizing this feature.
