ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!
\nWell it’s October and we’re ready to rock!
\nTime to get all the hits, the bangs and the blocks.
\nIt’s the game of the week that’s comin’ your way.
\nThe EWM-N and the EWM-S are ready to play.
\nWe gotta get ready, we gotta get right
\nCause EWM Football kicks off this Friday Night<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Well\u2026get ready to rumble as we kick off EWM\u2019s new six-week listing contest beginning Friday, October 15th through November 30th, 2010.<\/strong>\u00a0 It promises to be a fun action-packed season as we strive to generate new listings and replenish our decreasing inventory.\u00a0 You\u2019ll be learning more in your sales meetings this week but below are all the exciting details of EWM\u2019s Listing Championship Contest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Teams
\n<\/strong><\/span>The EWM Listing League has two conferences.\u00a0 The EWM-N<\/span><\/strong><\/span> will consist of the Northern offices: Aventura, Brickell, Miami Beach, Las Olas and Weston<\/strong>.\u00a0 The EWM-S<\/strong> <\/span>will consist of our Southern offices:\u00a0 Alhambra, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables-South Miami, Key Biscayne and Pinecrest-Palmetto Office.<\/strong>\u00a0 Each office will select their team name, colors and may also create a logo.\u00a0 All Associates are hereby drafted for play.<\/p>\n

EWM<\/strong> Scheduling Procedures<\/strong><\/span>
\nThere will be 4 quarters, or in this case 4 weeks of play, 1 Playoff Game, and 1 Championship Game.\u00a0 The season will run from October 15th to November 30th, 2010.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 Teams play each week earning points.\u00a0 In the Playoff round, the first-place team from each conference plays the second-place team during the 5th week, with the winners meeting for the Championship Game during the 6th week.<\/p>\n

Scoring<\/span><\/strong>
\nTouchdown<\/strong> \u2013 Any Residential or Commercial Listing is worth six points.
\n<\/span>Field Goal<\/strong> \u2013 Any Rental Listing is worth three points.<\/span><\/strong>
\nSafety<\/strong> \u2013 Any Referral to HomeServices Lending, EWM Title or EWM Insurance is worth two points.
\n<\/span>Extra Point \u2013 Any placed Outgoing Referral is worth one point.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Giveaways & Prizes<\/span><\/strong>
\nTo be eligible for giveaways and recognition as our weekly MVP (Most Valuable Player), all listings must appear on each week\u2019s caravan sheet.\u00a0\u00a0 MVP will be given to the Associate receiving the most total points for their office during that week of play.\u00a0 In the event of a tie, the highest dollar volume will be used to determine the winner.\u00a0 The MVP of the week will receive a $30 ad bill credit check awarded by their sales manager at each week\u2019s sales meeting.\u00a0 The Associate receiving the most total points within their office at the end of our contest will be awarded recognition as Most Outstanding Player for their office and will receive a $100 ad bill credit check and a trophy.<\/p>\n

How to win EWM\u2019s Championship Game
\n<\/strong><\/span>At the start of our contest beginning on October 15th, EWM will pull each office\u2019s listing inventory.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 During the contest we will keep track of all new listings\u2026residential, commercial and rental listings.\u00a0 On November 30th, EWM will take the total number of new listings for each office and from there, determine the office with the highest percentage increase of listings.\u00a0 The office with the highest percentage increase will win EWM\u2019s Listing Championship and $500 for a Superbowl Party.\u00a0 Date and time of party and celebration to be determined by office sales manager.\u00a0<\/p>\n
