The first lender\u00a0would not accept\u00a0the appraised value and the difference between what the bank wanted and what the buyers were willing to pay\u00a0was too great.\u00a0 The second home, not a\u00a0short sale, appraised %65,000 lower than the sales price and although the buyers were willing to pay extra, the seller\u00a0refused to take their offer because he had a bank appraisal three months earlier that indicated his home was worth at least $35,000 more than the\u00a0new appraised value.\u00a0 Their patience is wearing thin.\u00a0\u00a0They\u00a0need to find a month to month rental, preferably in Grand Key, Miramar.\u00a0 They have been living in an extended stay hotel for 4 months with their three children, waiting to purchase a new home.\u00a0 They have a price range up to $340,000 with FHA financing and do not need closing costs.\u00a0 Their dream home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home withint the Sunset Lakes school district.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My customers have lost two homes due to the appraisals coming in lower than the sales price.
