{"id":16643,"date":"2011-03-17T15:58:47","date_gmt":"2011-03-17T19:58:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ewm.com\/internalblog\/?p=16643"},"modified":"2011-03-17T15:58:47","modified_gmt":"2011-03-17T19:58:47","slug":"florida-statewide-open-house-weekend-is-almost-here","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/?p=16643","title":{"rendered":"Florida Statewide Open House Weekend is almost here!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.floridarealtors.org\/AboutFar\/OpenHouse\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-16646\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/2011\/03\/image012-300x92.jpg\" alt=\"Florida Statewide Open House Weekend \" width=\"300\" height=\"92\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hi Everybody!<\/p>\n<p>The Florida Statewide Open House Weekend is almost upon us and it\u2019s not too late to advertise your open house for <strong>Saturday and\/or Sunday, March 26<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 27<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>.\u00a0 \u00a0Next weekend will be a BIG advertising opportunity for EWM in addition to our regular Herald advertising, we\u2019ll also have our <strong>Elite Ad<\/strong> along with two full pages showcasing our <strong>Chairman\u2019s Club members<\/strong>.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0With so many exciting community events too, a lot of folks we\u2019ll be in town making this a great weekend to advertise and hold an open house.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that you\u2019ll have an opportunity on <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Sat, March 26th<\/span><\/strong> to run an &#8220;Open House&#8221; ad in a <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">special\u00a0EWM section in the\u00a0Miami Herald&#8217;s Saturday Home Section<\/span><\/strong>&#8230; to tie into the Florida Statewide Open House Weekend.\u00a0\u00a0 We will have an\u00a0EWM ad on the front page of the section that day, which will direct buyers to your Open Houses.\u00a0 <strong><em>All ads must be submitted on the\u00a0EWM ad system by this Monday, March 21st.<\/em><\/strong> Click on\u00a0the &#8220;Miami Herald Open House Special&#8221; on <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Line 9<\/span> of the publication list to place your ads.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A special note:<\/strong> If your property is going to be open on Sat and Sun, the 26th &amp; 27th, be sure to <strong>include both dates in your Saturday\u00a0ad<\/strong>.\u00a0 Of course, you can also still advertise on the &#8220;ewm page&#8221; on Sunday, the 27th.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Please know that your <strong>ad will NOT automatically appear in both Saturday and Sunday ads<\/strong> <strong>unless you place an ad for both days. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve been promoting the Statewide Open House Weekend on EWM\u2019s website for the past few weeks and we will have more focus in our ads\u00a0this Sunday including banner ads that will be appearing on the Miami Herald\u2019s website.\u00a0\u00a0 Company-wide\u00a0open house weekends always\u00a0encourage more buyers\u00a0to visit\u00a0our listings, so don\u2019t wait.\u00a0 With our still currently low prices and low interest rates, Buyers are looking in much greater numbers today.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t be left out.\u00a0 <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">The ad deadline is this Monday, March 21st<\/span>! <\/strong> We&#8217;ve ordered balloons again for you to use that weekend, so please see your manager for those.<\/p>\n<p>I hope you\u2019ll plan to participate!<\/p>\n<p><em>Keep Selling,<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sherrie<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi Everybody!
