Did you know that your buyers\u00a0can use EWM’s Mobile app\u00a0 to get instant information on all listings in the MLS in both Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. That includes both residential and commercial, for lease and for sale\u00a0properties.\u00a0<\/p>\n

To use the app (exclusive to EWM), simply send a\u00a0 text to 59559 and type EWM in the body of the message.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Within seconds, they receive a response with two choices \u2013 either information for a specific property address or for GPS enabled cell phones, information for every available property for sale or rent in the location they are texting from.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0You<\/span><\/em> also can use the\u00a0mobile app if you\u00a0do not have access to the MLS at that very moment.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 However, as an agent you receive the agent view which gives you more information than a \u00a0buyer would get such as the actual listing agent and their telephone number plus showing instructions (if noted) and the status of the listing, active, pending, etc.\u00a0 The consumer sees only the price, bedroom\/baths and if it is an EWM listing, the\u00a0name and number of the listing agent, if not\u00a0a company listing the nearest EWM listing agent to that property.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
