Use Xpressdocs to do mailings. It\u2019s less expensive AND we check your lists over the National Change of Address Registry so you can add \u2018Or Current Resident\u2019 ONLY to those names and addresses that need it. You will also have the choice to eliminate any failed records from your mailing.<\/p>\n<p>2. Use the tax records to get the Permanent or Out-of-State addresses. Realist.com and iMapp are great programs for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>3. Send mail First class \u2013 WITHOUT ADDING \u2018or Current Resident\u2019. ALL First Class mail is automatically forwarded if there is a forwarding address on record.
