For the Fall 2011 Issue<\/strong>, Luxury Portfolio is going to offer this as a co-op opportunity however, this co-op will differ slightly from some of their\u00a0other offerings due to the format and nature of the magazine.\u00a0Their\u00a0desire is to have the most elegant ad in the book.\u00a0 Please see the sample layout below and note it includes location, price, company name, Web ID and Agent Information (Agent Name and Telephone Number).<\/p>\n

Also please note that because of the design nature of the publication all co-op ads and photography are subject to approval.<\/strong><\/p>\n
