By now you are aware of NAR\u2019s Realtors Property Resource (RPR) database and have seen some of the impressive features and benefits to REALTORS\u00ae. EWM wants you to get\u00a0the most from this product and has been focusing on some of the highest value features and encouraging you to go in and check it out for yourself.\"Foreclosure<\/p>\n

Did you know that RPR contains the largest database of foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, REO and Notice of Default information by county in the industry? Since RPR contains information of all properties, not just those listed for sale within the MLS, you can expand your research to homes that might be for sale by owner or which have not been listed at all. You can use this feature to:<\/p>\n

1) Research a property which is for sale by owner through a search of the tax record or address and provide valuable information about that property to a buyer before they try to do it themselves. Use your Smartphone to get instant access to the RPR at narrpr.com\/mobi before you leave the neighborhood and you\u2019ll reinforce your value to any consumer.<\/p>\n

2) Research a potential listing before you ever set foot in the door and you\u2019ll go into that first appointment armed with everything you need to know about that property. Make your time and effort more valuable by not waiting months to find out the details of a seller\u2018s financial situation at the time of offer. Your ability to be the best advocate to your clients will be enhanced by knowing about any issues as early as possible.<\/p>\n

If you have not created an RPR account, I encourage you to do so by going to www.ewmrealtors.com<\/a> and click on the RPR link or go to www.narrpr.com<\/a>. On your first visit you’ll need to create a profile with RPR. Choose \u201cCreate a New Account\u201d, enter your last name and NRDS ID number and click on \u201cCreate\u201d. Once your name and NRDS ID is validated, you will go through a four-step wizard to create your account.
