5. Scan and e-mail for MLX Upload: Survey, Owner\u2019s Disclosure, Floor Plan, Relo Addenda, Elevation Certificate to the MLX input secretary.<\/p>\n

6. Upload photos into Max.<\/p>\n

7. Create Brochure in Max \u2013 attach school info, survey, floor plan, elevation certificate, MLX client detail sheet, and create feature sheet.<\/p>\n

8. Create and Mail Just-Listed Cards.<\/p>\n

9. Schedule home for Office Caravan.<\/p>\n

10. Plan, coordinate, order food, send out announcements for Broker\u2019s Open.<\/p>\n

11. Plan, coordinate, send out announcements, create ad for Open House.<\/p>\n

12. Draft for Review to Send Seller Internet Marketing Update Document after copying all the URLs to the Internet Marketing Document.<\/p>\n

13. Draft for Review Sellers Weekly Updates regarding new homes on market.<\/p>\n

14. Set up OBEO Virtual Tour Automatic E-Mail to Sellers.<\/p>\n

15. Organize and tab the file, update all checklists.<\/p>\n

16. Take agent calls, schedule showings, log into Showing Log, call agent for feedback.<\/p>\n

Do any of the above items require a Real Estate license?<\/p>\n

It does<\/strong> require the skill of a great assistant being overseen by a great Real Estate professional.<\/p>\n

As licensed agents, you are paid for what you know and what you do with what you know.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Have you ever thought about hiring an assistant, sharing an assistant with a colleague, or hiring a high school student in a work-study program who may be interested in Real Estate? This may mean a contribution to the work-study program and your grading the student — in lieu of the student’s getting paid (which is easy for you to manage). Check with your local high schools to see if they have such a program.<\/p>\n

When I worked for the law firm in Coconut Grove, my file clerk (who was in high school)<\/em><\/strong> graduated, attended college, got accepted into law school, clerked for the same law firm as a law clerk, graduated law school, and was hired as a lawyer by the same firm!<\/p>\n
