I have had more than one associate complain to me about returned mail from the post office.\u00a0 As I try to save money for associates who MAIL, I have recommended that the associate download the addresses from either MLXchange tax<\/strong> or IMAPP tax<\/strong> (especially Miami-Dade County because of the desired format.)<\/p>\n

Before you throw eye daggers<\/strong> at your postal carrier — please read the following:<\/p>\n

It so happened that a new associate, Chris A. Hamilton, mentioned purchasing mailing lists — and I piped up and stated that I recommend the two entities listed above.\u00a0 However, he stated that because\u00a0 of anti-fraud measures and\/or privacy, many citizens refuse to accept unsolicited mail to their public\/physical address and opt to only receive mail through their P.O. Box.<\/p>\n

The light bulb went off.\u00a0 It was my Oprah<\/a> “Ah-ha” moment.<\/p>\n
