But just 10 years later, 64 percent of REALTORS\u00ae report having a personal Web site for their real estate business, 12 percent say they have a blog, and 56 percent say they use social media, according to NAR\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.realtor.org\/reports\/member-profile\" target=\"_blank\">2013 Member Profile<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Technology has transformed the way REALTORS\u00ae do business, but in real estate, high tech doesn\u2019t come at the expense of high touch,\u201d said NAR President Gary Thomas, broker-owner of Evergreen Realty, in Villa Park, Calif. \u201cDespite advances in cell phones, e-mail and Internet capabilities, real estate is still grounded in relationships.
