Gross sales decreased slightly from $34,988,475 sold during the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0quarter to $32,200,439 sold during the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0quarter. This decrease occurred because a larger number of units sold in a price range under $1 million compared with the last quarter. The total number of condos sold as a short sale (seven) was the same during these two quarters of the year, and six properties were sold as a bank-owned transaction, three more compared with the quarter.<\/p>\n<p>The condo market of resale properties is very active.
