Average home prices are up.\u00a0 The price per square foot of a condo residence, is approximately $283 per square foot \u2013 which is an increase\u00a0of 17.8% over last year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Part of the reason for the increase of inventory:\u00a0 Homes remain on the market an average of\u00a0 102 days \u2014 an\u00a0 increase of\u00a04.1% over last year.\u00a0Homes are selling within\u00a0 91% of their originally listed price.<\/span><\/p>\n

The average listed price in Aventura is $602,000 — a\u00a0 7.2%\u00a0 decrease over last year.\u00a0 The average sold price is $397,000.<\/span><\/p>\n

Important information: Months of Inventory<\/b>.\u00a0 Currently, Aventura<\/a> is experiencing\u00a012.5 months of inventory which is indicative of a Buyer\u2019s market. This is an 10.8% increase from a year ago.<\/span><\/p>\n
