Effective Feb 27th photos attached to a specific MLS listing cannot be copied and reused for other listings – these photos belong to someone else.\u00a0 If you are the listing agent and<\/span><\/strong> the owner of these photos, you retain the right to use\/reuse the photos based on your ownership. In addition, photos that you have not purchased for distribution and\/or display,
\nbut have \u201cright clicked\u201d on and copied are a possible violation of copyright laws and are also not allowed in the MLS.<\/span><\/p>\n

This change in MLS photo Policy will help prevent members from potentially violating copyright law.<\/span><\/p>\n
