I am constantly amazed at how often folks don&#8217;t appreciate our ability to reach beyond South Florida to assist them with their real estate needs.     Our relationship with <em><a href=\"http:\/\/leadingre.com\" title=\"Leading Real Estate Companies of the World\">Leading Real Estate Companies of the World<sup>TM<\/sup><\/a><\/em> gives us global connections and another service for you to talk about.   It\u2019s complimentary and a great way to stay in touch with your family, friends and clients.   The benefits to you and them are tremendous.   Building clients for life is what real estate and referrals are all about.  Recently one agent shared with me that they live and die by referrals.   I thought about how true that is.  The return on many business opportunities are felt long after the deal is signed, sealed and delivered. Upon a closed sale and receipt of the referral fee, you are paid off the top of the amount received based on your split with EWM.
