EWM was also ranked in the MLS as the No. 1 dollar-volume residential brokerage in 2015, when compared with all other Miami-Dade County residential brokerages, besting the No. 2 brokerage by 11%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Adding to the sheer weight of Gonzalez&#8217;s feat, he has also been simultaneously unveiled as the No. 1 agent in the company, which comprises more than 900 real estate professionals spread throughout 10 South Florida offices.
