{"id":42696,"date":"2017-04-20T11:35:04","date_gmt":"2017-04-20T15:35:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/?p=42696"},"modified":"2017-04-20T11:35:04","modified_gmt":"2017-04-20T15:35:04","slug":"not-all-flushes-are-the-same","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/?p=42696","title":{"rendered":"Not all flushes are the same\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-42697\" src=\"\/\/www.ewm.com\/internalblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/collage-4-300x232.jpg\" alt=\"collage 4\" width=\"300\" height=\"232\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Many wannabe Realtors approach me to ask for advice in entering this business, in many I always give my time and advise because\u00a0I see their drive and passion, but in most I do not. \u00a0\u00a0It is that passion, love, and devotion for what you do that equates to success, there is no easy road.<\/p>\n<p>Many of the working Realtors in our business lack the follow through, and work ethics required to make deals happen they think that it is simple, and as easy as finding or showing a house or \u00a0writing an offer or obtaining a listing that make the deal happen.\u00a0 Oh, how wrong they are! Worst is encountering one of these agents working alongside you on the other end of the deal. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0My assistant always points out that in \u00a0most of our deals we are not only doing our work, but theirs as well, \u00a0my response has always been we do whatever it takes to get the deal done.<\/p>\n<p>Every transaction brings together a unique set of personalities. \u00a0Navigating \u00a0these personalities, \u00a0keeping everyone focused , stroking the egos, \u00a0mastering diplomacy, all for the sake of moving the deal forward are the traits of a great realtor.\u00a0 Staying on top of every aspect of the deal at every step of the way, keeping the lines of communication constantly open, not skipping a beat of the action is the minimum job a Realtor must do.\u00a0 But, as I remain deep in the trenches of this business for many more years than most, I assure 90% of the Realtors do not have these \u00a0follow through capabilities, dropping the ball is the modus operandi of most and while that should make it more difficult for the rest of us, ironically it does not.\u00a0 Being left along to do both ends of the work required to \u00a0flush a toilet, makes it easier for those of us who \u00a0know the value of obsessing, following through and \u00a0constant monitoring bringing a deal to close requires.<\/p>\n<p>I just participated in the flushing of a $20M transaction&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For the full blog post <a href=\"http:\/\/estherpercal.com\/blog\/toilet-blog-4\">click here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Many wannabe Realtors approach me to ask for advice in entering this business, in many I always give my time and advise because\u00a0I see their drive and passion, but in most I do not. \u00a0\u00a0It is that passion, love, and devotion for what you do that equates to success, there is no easy road.
