With their recent enhancements, you <strong><em>now have the ability to modify your own property description and photos<\/em><\/strong> and, better yet, enhance your listings with any additional fields you may not have had available through our local MLS or EWM&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p>This is a wonderful <strong>new <\/strong>aspect that will allow you to differentiate your luxury listings on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.luxuryportfolio.com\" title=\"Luxury Portfolio\"><strong><em>LuxuryPortfolio.com<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>and will <strong>add value<\/strong> to your luxury clientele. <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Please note,<\/em><\/strong> your level of access will <strong><em>NOT<\/em><\/strong> <strong>allow you to change the status or pri<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.ewm.com\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/230\/files\/2007\/11\/brickell-key.gif\" title=\"Brickell Key\"><\/a>ce<\/strong> on any of your listings.  Those fields will remain frozen and will still need to be modified through the MLS in order for it to change on <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/luxuryportfolio.com\" title=\"LP\">LuxuryPortfolio.com.<\/a><\/em><\/strong>     Remember, too, your listings need a <strong><em>minimum of 5 quality photos<\/em><\/strong> to be viewed on their website.  On <strong>new listings, <\/strong>it may take anywhere from <strong>24 to 48 hours<\/strong> before it appears.  <strong><em> (Just as an FYI &#8212; EWM sends them a nightly MLS data feed.)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I think you&#8217;ll see that the functionality on the site has improved and it is even more user-friendly.
