I wish I was fluent in Italian. South Beach is a hub of activity for the Italians right now. They are buying, buying, buying! So—If I could write\/speak Italian, I would be here blogging my little hands off–making sure that I become the go-to- guy for anyone from Italy.<\/p>\n
In fact, I believe in the opportunities so much, that I would set aside blogging in English and only blog in Italian—THAT is how much opportunity is out there. <\/p>\n
