I have a client looking for a warehouse of about 2,500 square feet.<\/p>\n

It’s for him and his wife- they both have a different business and would need it to be able to subdivide the address. For example: 101A & 101B (for sunbiz purposes) .<\/span><\/p>\n

Husband has a small car dealer ( 5 cars per month)
\nwife has a wholesale artificial flower arrangement business.<\/p>\n

Can also be two separate (1,200 sqft) warehouses in different location, its just that they prefer to be close to each other.<\/p>\n
