So tell me — was Santa good to you? Before you answer, remember . . . sometimes the very best gifts come in the smallest packages. I should know. Santa brought me three small golden rings (five would have been an ostentatious show of unadulterated greed and we certainly wouldn’t want that!) Guess what else he brought me. An iPhone! Yes, iSusie am now the proud owner, user, worshiper of Apple’s latest, greatest work of art. When I hold that little treasure in my hands I’m suddenly young, hip and beautiful. But enough about me. Point is that while it’s certainly exciting to list a zillion dollar mansion, there’s a special thrill to connecting the right first time buyer with the right moderately priced home.
