Good afternoon BHHS EWM Realty Colleagues,<\/p>\n
I know many of you had difficulty getting your bank to approve SBA, PPP loans as independent contractors using 1099 Form.<\/p>\n
After my tireless work for 4 weeks chasing my bank officer at Chase Bank going nowhere as I did not have a separate business account for my Real Estate transaction Chase Bank told me sorry we can\u2019t help you! \u00a0\u00a0I decide to call Mrs. Ana R. Chaoui with Grove Bank & Trust. She told me at 5pm yesterday to fill out the application send in my 1099 Form and 2018 tax return and she would approve my loan next day after Chase bank was not able to help me after 4 weeks of waiting!<\/p>\n
I did not have any banking relationship with Grove Bank before this,\u00a0 still she got me approved the next morning!<\/p>\n
Please contact Mrs. Ana if you need any assistance with your SBA, PPP loan she will be happy to help you.<\/p>\n
