{"id":71328,"date":"2022-09-01T12:17:24","date_gmt":"2022-09-01T16:17:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/?p=71328"},"modified":"2022-09-01T12:17:24","modified_gmt":"2022-09-01T16:17:24","slug":"why-use-a-realtor-tell-clients-this","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.myewm.com\/?p=71328","title":{"rendered":"Why Use a Realtor?\u2019 Tell Clients This"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6 class=\"field field--name-title field--type-string field--label-hidden field--item\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">NAR\u2019s latest program expands their \u201cThat\u2019s Who We R\u201d campaign by empowering each member to explain the Realtor benefits to family, friends and customers.<\/span><\/h6>\n<div class=\"field field--name-field-body field--type-text-long field--label-hidden field--item\">\n<p>CHICAGO \u2013 The National Association of Realtors\u00ae\u2019 (NAR) ad campaign, \u201cThat\u2019s Who We R,\u201d has a simple goal \u2013 to tell buyers and sellers why they should use a Realtor\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p>NAR announced a new step in their Realtor-awareness program this week. In addition to touching Americans through its advertising campaign, it also wants to empower individual agents to tell personal customers why they should only use a Realtor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs members of the National Association of Realtors, we are unified by the Realtor brand and our iconic trademark R,\u201d said 2022 NAR President Leslie Rouda Smith in an email announcing the new program. \u201cIt\u2019s who we are \u2013 and it\u2019s important for consumers to understand that distinction.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rouda Smith says NAR has an award-winning national advertising campaign, but asks the question, \u201cWhat are WE saying to clients to engage in that conversation and articulate our value?\u201d In addition to seeing entertaining commercials, consumers \u201cshould also learn that value directly from Realtors, and in a consistent way.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To help individual members boost their one-on-one marketing, NAR developed language and supporting assets at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nar.realtor\/the-difference\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TheDifference.realtor<\/a>. It asks members to share the material on their websites, via social media, at the bottom of emails and anywhere else it can be read consistently.<\/p>\n<p>NAR offers examples. In a personal bio, for example, Realtors could use this wording:<\/p>\n<p>I am a Realtor, a real estate professional who has taken the extra step to belong to the National Association of Realtors.
