Today Karen Ross will begin teaching a revised training program. The emphasis of the new program is on becoming productive as soon as possible. If you are are feeling “a bit of a slump” maybe you should join the class and get motivated!<\/p>\n

The class is twice a week for 5 weeks – and yes there is homework! The program is designed for each associate to accomplish the following within 5 weeks:<\/p>\n

  1. To gather a database that contains at least 350 people<\/li>\n
  2. To select a farm area, learn the area, see the inventory<\/li>\n
  3. To prospect FSBO’s<\/li>\n
  4. To prospect Expired’s<\/li>\n
  5. To blog pn a regular basis<\/li>\n
  6. To us Max’s Marketing to prospect<\/li>\n
  7. To hold open houses<\/li>\n
  8. To obtain at least 1 listing<\/li>\n
  9. To make at least 1 sale<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
