First, you should have your bio and picture and complete profile updated. Then, you should make sure that all your pictures are added correctely and yes, you can add as many as you like&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget to check the price and you&#8217;re ready to go!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.EwmRealtors.com\" title=\"our site\">www.EwmRealtors.com<\/a>       <img src=\"http:\/\/blog.ewm.com\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/230\/files\/2008\/05\/ewm_bw_logo.gif\" alt=\"EWM Logo\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remember you also have a free profile as a Realtor at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fl.living.net\/\" title=\"Profile\">http:\/\/www.fl.living.net <\/a>check it out&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ok, next&#8230;for every website that follows make sure you create a profile and SAVE your IDs and passwords somewhere safe where you can refer to them later. I store them on my Outlook under a category I call Computer. Everything about my computer lives there.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.googlebase.com\/\" title=\"Google\">http:\/\/www.Googlebase.com <\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.craigslist.org\/\" title=\"Craigs\">http:\/\/www.Craigslist.org <\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.realtor.com\" title=\"Realtor.com\">http:\/\/www.realtor.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.trulia.com\/\" title=\"Trulia\">http:\/\/www.Trulia.com <\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zillow.com\/\" title=\"Zillow\">http:\/\/www.Zillow.com <\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oodle.com\/\" title=\"Oodle\">http:\/\/www.Oodle.com <\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.move.com\/\" title=\"Move\">http:\/\/www.move.com <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Warning:<\/strong> <em>Some of them will expire at a certain date and they will email you a date. Just make sure that you enter the dates into your system and create a reminder that will alert you to go and reset them.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A good idea is to have a virtual tour of your property and you can do it yourself with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.visualtours.com\" title=\"visual Tour\">www.visualtours.com<\/a> or have a photographer come from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.obeo.com\" title=\"Visual Tour\">Obeo <\/a>either way if you have a price change make sure the price is adjusted and only the unbranded tour will be posted with MLXChange.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a tech oriented agent then perhaps a YouTube video of the property might appeal to your customer. Blogging every listing is a must with EWM so remember to check past blogs about the process of blogging a listing. Many don&#8217;t know that they can add a description in your own words for each pictures and they can enter up to 16 pics.
