Recently my students have come to me with Sherrie Porter’s magic friends and family referral letter.\u00a0 We have managed to turn this into a Max project.<\/p>\n

While we were having class last Thursday\u00a0in Pinecrest, Maggy Torres merged her Max letter with her e-mail contact list.\u00a0While during our contract discussion, she flashed her phone to the class revealing she had received a text message:<\/p>\n

Friend “xxxx”\u00a0living\u00a0on West Coast of Florida\u00a0is planning to move\u00a0to Ft. Lauderdale\/Aventura area or\u00a0back to New York.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

It was exciting to see the marketing work so quickly.\u00a0 So I have named this tool, “Sherrie Porter’s Magic Friends & Family Referral Letter.”<\/p>\n

This letter is\u00a0in Word format in the \u00a0EWMRealtors Forms – under RELO forms.\u00a0\u00a0 Like I said, this is a Word document; however, if you send me your photo (3\/4 body shot is better, but not necessary – updated photo would be nice) and information, I will make you a jpeg to upload into Max (and will assist you in doing same).<\/p>\n

Personalize the letter in Max by using a merge variable in the subject line, i.e., “##contactfirst name##, I have some exciting news for you!”<\/strong><\/p>\n
