He completed his undergraduate degree at Florida State University in 2007, with a Bachelor of Science in Housing and Residential Sciences as well as a minor in Business Management.\r\n\r\nAfter receiving his degree, Brian returned to Miami and worked in Commercial Development and Property Management. There, he oversaw new construction and development projects in addition to office condo restorations for projects located throughout Florida. Here he became adept at exceeding his clients' expectations.\r\n\r\nIn 2012, Brian joined EWM as a listing and sales coordinator. He expanded his knowledge to include the contractual requirements of real estate sales. Under the direct supervision of Patty O' Connell and Anita Cachaldora, he developed the skills needed to expand his role within the company.\r\n\r\nIn 2014, Brian was promoted to Institutional Asset Manager responsible for overseeing the management and repairs of REO Fannie Mae Assets. Utilizing his proficiency in completing capital improvement projects, he directed, trained and motivated multiple REO Sales Teams.\r\n\r\nIn 2015, Brian was asked to join EWM's Leadership team as Assistant Sales Manager for the Miami Beach Office.
