I have an out-of-state client who is looking for a one-month rental (a condo,
townhouse, or a single-family home) for July, 2009. She is looking for a
three bedroom, two/three bathroom unit that would sleep 7-8 people.
Please let me know if you may be listing such a unit any time soon or if any
of your clients/family members may be interested in renting their place
while on vacation during that time.
