Bad MLS Photos
Good listing photos are very important especially now since most buyers start their search on the internet. It always amazes me when I see listings in the MLS that have either no photos, or just one picture, but sometimes the pictures that I do see make me wonder what the agent was thinking. Take a look at a few examples of what I think are really bad MLS photos:
Do you have any idea what you are looking at? There are so many mirrors and the angle of this photo leave the viewer very confused.

You don’t have to be a professional photographer to take nice pictures, and there is no excuse not to have any pictures at all. If you see any bad photos that you want to be included in next week’s really bad photos, feel free to send them to me and I’ll post them.
