As most of you know, Luxury Portfolio has a strong print advertising campaign in upscale publications. LP prides itself on continuing to offer us additional opportunities to market EWM listings. As a result we are particularly excited to offer their newest co-op advertising opportunity in the oversized, luxury-focused magazine Luxe Interiors + Design.
Luxe Interiors + Design is published quarterly with a total distribution of 435,000 nationwide and newsstand distribution at over 50 private jet terminals. You’ll find their first ads in the Summer 2010 Issue on newsstands July 20th. The terrific feedback and interest they received from our LP members in this publication has driven them to offer a unique co-op opportunity in their second placement – in the Fall 2010 Issue!
This co-op will differ slightly from some of their other offerings due to the format and nature of the magazine. Their desire is to have the most elegant ad in the book. Please see the sample layout below and please note that it includes location, price, company and web ID.
Luxury Portfolio will be driving people to their website for more information and keeping photography and properties front and center. Also please note that because of the design nature of the publication all co-op ads and photography are subject to approval.
