I am working with a European investor interested in purchasing a condo in the Grove or Brickell in a building that allows short term rentals. Do you have any suggestions?

Paola,
The Fortune House on SE 14th TE right in the Brickell area is great for an investor. They do all lengths of stays and have great amenities. I put almost all my short-term renters there.
