Mr. Seller, Here Are Your OBEO Tour Stats . . .

Yes, I know there are other products out there, and we are fortunate to have blogger, Jeff Turner, with his wonderful home shows on our blog. However, some of you in the past have subscribed to OBEO tours, and here are some features that you may want to utilize on your existing tours until you give Jeff’s a go! Oh, by the way, this is my 20th blog on blog.ewm.com!

Once you have logged in with your user name and password, to OBEO.COM, click on the Members Area.

1. Pick your property

2. Select the action VIEW STATISTICAL REPORT.

3. Click on the “GO” arrow.

Click on the month to get daily stats. You will also see a print or e-mail action screen on the summary. E-Mail the report to your Seller. It will automatically be sent to your Seller, and YOU can pick the increment of time in which s/he will receive the report(s). Note the pie chart at the bottom tracks the tour traffic.

Again, another way to keep your Seller in the loop during these tough times and lapses in showings.

The Internet provides so many free ways for you to communicate with your client. With a little time setting this up and making it a part of your pre-flight checklist, you will at least keep your people informed and allow the Internet to work for you while you are tending to other matters demanding your attention . . . more listings!

Hey Karin: Nice post! Let me know if you have any issues inserting images. I have had some trouble myself. This looks GREAT and is well written!!! I knew you would be a natural blogger. You go grrrrrl.

Thank goodness for screen shots and PhotoShop. Love, love, love those red arrows.

The images are challenging. I’m going to stick mainly to thumbnails. Viewers can always click to enlarge if they want to see detail. Thanks for all your help and all you do!
