What are they?
Well, the Pre-List letter is a letter, that Mayfair Int’l Realty our London office will write for you to try and help you snag that listing. It comes direct from the London office and informs your potential customer all the great benefits of listing with you, EWM and the overseas exposure that Mayfair can provide. This can either be sent to your customer via Royal Mail (5-7 days) or most commonly via fed-ex (agents expense) because of time constraints in your listing presentation.
The Sellers letter, is sent out once you have secured your listing. It is sent out via Royal mail directly to your seller, thanking them for the listing and again, promoting you, EWM and the benefits of having an overseas office right in the heart of London.
These, are both great letters and additional tools to set you apart from your competitor.
