Lilia, I put almost all of my short-term rentals in the Fortune House downtown. It’s well equipped with pool, jacuzzi, gym, meeting rooms, valet parking, convenience store in lobby and within walking distance of all restaurants, etc. There is also another choice right in Mary Brickell Village called Camden.

Thanks! Fortune house doesn’t have 3 bedrooms and Camden is 7 mo min. so it doesn’t work.
