Nicole Email: I have looked at the system and realized that your ad was pending. The reason your ad was pending is because you put it in 5 days late. For future reference deadlines for The Miami Herald are 10 days before the date you would like your ad to print.

If you placed your ad on Friday and received a Pending email, please check status online because by Monday Marketing may have upgraded your ad to Accepted and you will be set to go.
