CaiqueI am a small hobby breeder in the South Florida area and I am currently hand-feeding 4 baby White Bellied Caiques, offered at $700 each, They were born and raised in my home, and have been hand-fed since day 1. All babies are closed banded, health guaranteed, and I can provide references upon request. I am also willing to ship at Buyer’s expense.

    Wow, Robert, they are cute! I can’t believe they lay on their backs like that! Are they fairly quiet or do that squawk a lot? I have a parakeet and she squawks constantly for attention unless she has a new toy.

    Hey Jeffery. These birds make low to moderate noise. They are definitely not loud parrots, as I try to raise birds that my neighbors will not complain about. Caiques are known to be very comical and super playful and inquisitive. They also are famous for hopping around in conjunction with walking – it is the coolest thing. And yes, many of them just lay on their backs and chill. Feel free to call me if you have any other questions. 🙂
