I’m pretty sure that you can’t do that, but check with your broker. I suspect that you will reconsider.

Then use them to market yourself like crazy!! This is the best time to work on your personal marketing plan, and position yourself for when the market will INEVITABLY turn around! You are in a perfect place right now; congratulations!

As I was reading your blog, I wondered if you were pulling our collective legs, or you were in earnest. The comments above also seem divided on this question.
Musing to myself what some fantastic listings might be worth to me, I tried to find your listings, but to no avail. Have you already disposed of them, i wondered. Or was this some cruel prank, making your listings disappear.
Whatever the case, if you blogged about your listings, real or IDX, you just might find a buyer!

Who knows–after today’s announcement by the Feds, perhaps you wont have to sell those Buyers! Very funny blog:)

Get some cookies and hold your listings open. You just never know who may come in. They say a good cookie jar brings a lot of people together.

An open house sign in the front yard … LOTS of cookies … and a smile (even it’s a “barely-there” one) … eyes PEELED for that lucky penny on the street.

What a fun blog ! Each and every comment was worth it’s weight in gold!

I looked at your inventory and counted seven listings…price reductions will increase your activity. The Federal Reserve lowered interest rates a half a point yesterday. Hang in there Mercy I predict sales will improve in the fourth quarter.
