    I have two great rental possibilities. One is in Biltmore II in the Gables. MLS ID is A10017397. Unit on 11 floor (of 13) in good shape overlooking pool and Biltmore Hotel spire. Rentable around $2500/$2600 per month.
    Second is on Collins & 26 ST. MLS A10010968. 2/2 in 1998 built bldg. half a block from beach. Unit is staged and easy to show. Has been rented as high as $2000 per month; maintenance is $282/month! Unheard of that close to beach.

    I have one. Currently listed for sale at 6210 Leonardo Street. We are placing a tenant in April 1st 2016. We are in the process of completing the rental agreement. The rent is 5,000 a month. The sale price is 1,225,000. Appraised at 1.3. Owner is considering all offers. The rental period is 15 months with the option to extend up to 24 months. The agreement is for the owner to cover waste. This property is great because it is close to UM and also a very large home 3,470 SF, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. I think for an investor it is a great home to rent and then one day update and turn a profit there as well. Because it is so large it has a lot of potential to be turned into a very deluxe pad (add a gourmet kitchen, put in a tiny (new construction style) lap pool, make spa bathrooms…overall modernize the place. Great rental for UM students as well(with the exception that Gables only allows 3 non related tenants in place) Located in South Gables off of Hardee and Maynada. Present owner has replaced roof ( 1 year ago) and one of the 2 HVAC systems.
