ImageChef.com - Custom comment codes for MySpace, Hi5, Friendster and more Willard Shepard over at NBC6 is doing a story on real estate for November sweeps week. We are working with him to provide sales and inventory numbers but he is wanting to go out with one or two of our agents and their buyers to show what kind of deals are out there – in other words – why is NOW a good time to buy. I am sure someone out there has a good candidate. We need someone that is looking for a condo and someone else that is looking for a single famliy home. Comment to this post or email me. Thanks!

    I am working with a newly married couple, both school teachers, who are buying their first home. They are convinced that they can get the house they want under $300K in Davie. We have already been rejected once but they don’t mind. They believe that this is the best time to buy and it’s just a matter of finding the right seller. We are going out again on Saturday.

    Elena has a buyer in Mexico City who has been looking for a condo in Aventura in the luxury market, & two buyers in the single family market for larger homes.

    I have a young couple. They own a townhouse at Snapper Creek, got an equity line to have $100K down, listed that for sale and rent with me, and are looking to buy their first single family. (they don’t have to sell in order to buy, though they would prefer it). Their game plan had been to make low-ball offers since they are qualified buyers with lots of cash. Unfortunately, their top 3 favorite houses actually sold, one right after the other, before they could make their low-ball offer! (hard to believe, I know.) Now they can’t find anything else they like as much! We’ve been shopping for weeks now, and finally found one they are considering.

    I have a client whom I had on the phone forever yesterday from NJ, was looking for a rental around the DD area, and now is interested in buying a condo to close around Nov. or Dec. to live in for a year and then rent out. Ours sound great for that time.

    My friend and buyer for the condo is the number one corporate officer in Florida in the very big commercial Real Estate company ( Ron knows him well ,)and he is about to make an offer on my listing in One Miami building, than the sellers of the condo would buy the single family ( young professional couple that has to make the move because of the schools), it comes down to make the deal, maybe reduce commission or I don’t know yet. However my clients would be perfect for TV show and all of them are good looking, some people think that camera likes me as well…And on the top would be the perfect story about the struggling Realtor in the not so good market, killer story haaa….
